Here you’ll find many videos of Trev performing in multiple functions, events, pubs, care homes, and much more

Accelerator Rag

Here Trev plays the Accelerator Rag. For those of you who like fast piano music this (at the end) is about as fast as left hand stride gets!

Buddy Holly at The Bicton

This was taken when Trev tried out a wonderful Broadwood piano at the Bicton Inn, Exmouth. It is a Buddy Holly medley consisting of “Peggy Sue”, “Rave On” and finishing with “Oh Boy”. As a result of this the landlady Alison hired him on the spot and to this day he still plays at The Bicton Inn on a regular basis.

Teign Brewery in Teignmouth

Here we have a medley being played on a piano very near to the end of it’s life. What started as an Elton John tune quickly changed due to customer demand. “Crocodile Rock”, followed briefly by “Candle in the Wind” before the customers requested “Delilah”. This was a job Trev had playing for an 80th birthday and it goes to show just how well a pub session can go on pub parties

 The Kings Arms, Winkleigh

From a gig Trev had in Winkleigh, here he plays the Monty Python classic “Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life” This is always a good one to play towards the end of the evening.

Buccaneers Bar in Crediton

This Stephen Foster medley includes “Camptown Races”, “Oh Dem Golden Slippers” and “Oh Susannah”. A lot of fun here especially speeding up towards the end.

Black Horse in Braunton

Here Trev plays a medley consisting of the following: “Oh What a Beautiful Morning” from Oklahoma, followed by “Sixteen going on Seventeen” from The Sound Of Music before concluding with “We Ain’t Got Dames” from South Pacific.

Leaping Salmon in Horrabridge

Here Trev plays the Elton John classic “Your Song” at the Leaping Salmon. This is in the picturesque village of Horrabridge which lies about halfway between Tavistock and Plymouth.

Performance at Cyder Presse

Here whilst playing for a Burns Night in Weare Gifford. Trev crept in one of his own compositions, the “Highland Dance” from his piano suite “A Night at the Theatre”.

Performance at Cyder Presse 2

Here Trev plays the song “You’ll Never Walk Alone” from Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Carousel. It was an off the cuff request made by some massive Liverpool fans.

Eyre Court Hotel in Seaton

Here Trev plays a medley consisting of “Alexander’s Ragtime Band”, (A 1911 classic by Irving Berlin) followed by “Swanee” (the 1917 first composition hit by George Gershwin) before finishing off with the Stephen Foster’s classic “Swanee River.”

Trev practicing during Covid

A rendition of “Somewhere over the Rainbow” followed by “We’ll meet again” on Trev’s 1973 Broadwood at home.

White Hart at Chillsworthy in Cornwall

Care Home Work

Eastleigh Care Home

Kenwyn Residential Home

Trev takes the art of the pub piano into nursing homes where it gives a wonderful piece of nostalgia to many of the residents too. The interactive style encourages the guests to take part, getting them to search their memories to ask for a particular piece of music that they may want to hear. Although very much a great form of entertainment it also acts as a valuable piece of therapy for anybody who has Alzheimer’s disease or any of the many other forms of dementia.

Many of the care homes Trev has worked in, all seem to benefit tremendously through his input and consequently many choose to have Trev visit them for a pub piano performance on a monthly basis.
